Los Islenos Heritage and Cultural Society found itself in a seriously compromised position in January 2005.  Its’ non-profit status designation from the Internal Revenue Service was in jeopardy.  Dan immediately and successfully addressed this horrendous problem.  His extensive knowledge of non-profit procedure as required by the Internal Revenue Service Code has placed Los Islenos Society in a more competitive position to receive donations and grant funds when available.  He has helped to restructure the finances of the Society.  In short, Dan Johnson has made himself utterly indispensible to the successful operation of Los Islenos Heritage and Cultural Society.
